We have over 20 customer representatives to guide you through product selection and production arrangements, and support is available in English and Japanese. They align their working schedule with your time zone, so if you're from the US, your representative will be working the night shift to give you answers right away. While our standard delivery time is 30 days, we will also expedite your orders on request. We welcome orders for as few as 1,000 pieces and work with reputable shipping companies such as APL and COSCO.
